| Dane
put his faith in Jesus at the age of 6 years old when he visited
his grandmother in Perry, Florida. He developed a passion for
working with teenagers in 1995 as a college counselor for Kanakuk Kamps located in the Ozark Mountains of Branson,
Missouri. Dane is a graduate of Wheaton College where he played
football and ran track for four years. Also at Wheaton, the Lord
blessed him by allowing him to meet his beautiful wife Katie
Shaw. Dane and Katie have a young daughter named Brooke who is
full of energy and life. Dane has a passion for revival and
experienced a nation-wide revival in 1995 as a student at
Wheaton and then again in 1997 while attending the Brownsville
Revival in Pensacola, Florida.
He founded the Youth Pastors
Prayer Network in March 2006, a network of local youth pastors
who meet monthly to pray for revival in the Wiregrass area. He
believes that this generation (Generation X and younger) will
experience in their lifetime one of the greatest moves of God
the world has ever seen.
Dane is working on his Masters in Practical Ministry from Wagner
Leadership Institute headquartered in Colorado Springs,
Colorado.
