Ministry Goal: To help equip adults to become fully devoted
followers of Christ and to experience a caring community.
I am the 4th of four
sons. I grew up in a rural setting, and I grew up not attending
church!
When I was 19 an uncle was killed while bush-hogging. That
was one of the major factors that turned me to Christ as Savior and
Lord. Shortly thereafter I committed myself to the call of
ministry! I received my Bachelor of Ministry in Biblical Studies
from Graceville in 1983. And am now currently working on M. Min. in
Theology. I served two churches as pastor from 1985 until 2004!
Married in 1996 to Diana Phelps, a mother of two, and a most
beautiful woman, internally and externally! Currently the Lord has
blessed us with two grand-daughters...Maci & Emme. And at this
writing we have two beagles and two cats. Our dogs, Rebel and Beau
are house dogs! Actually they run the house! Have been totally and
so undeservingly bless and loved by our Lord that I just stand
amazed in His presence!
