Aerobics Class
for Women
When?

· Morning
Classes Monday and Wednesday at 9:00a.m.
· Afternoon
Classes Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00p.m.
· If
times do not work videos available upon request.
Cost?
· Classes
will all cost $1.00 each. This includes all video check outs and video
classes.
How Do I Sign Up?
· Call
the Family Life Center at 792-3217 or just check at the front desk.
Other Information!
· Morning
classes will be video classes, afternoon classes will be taught by an
Aerobics instructor.
· Videos
include: Cardio Knockout, Fat-Burning Kickboxing Workout, Boot Camp
Total Body Blast!, and The Firm burn & shape
